CARE Specialist BE/LUX
The successful candidate will be in charge of processing the incoming Real Estate and Loan contracts, related invoices and tickets on a daily basis according to the Service Level Agreement.
Constantly balance the search and implementation for new improved ways of working together with the agreed sustainable ways of working
Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet ongoing and ad-hoc business needs
Work in a quick changing environment
Provide outputs and solutions to not fully aligned and developed operational routines
Read, understand and maintain owners' and tenants' real estate and loan contracts in the system
Keep Level 5 process documentation updated as processes evolve
Process related invoices for taxes, utilities and other costs sent by owners/suppliers
Train the new team members and give them the continuous support
Act upon ways to improve work processes, enhance quality, productivity, and service
Handle non-routine tasks, complex issues and escalations to management
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with targets and business needs
Bring ideas and contributing with actions demonstrate the commitment towards continuous improvement and willingness to challenge existing practices to drive standardization and efficiency
