Roles & responsibilities

  • Give input / priorities for SPR & Area meetings

  • Participate & prepare Steerco both channels (ad hoc)

  • Temp & permanent POCM creation for the brands of reference

  • Sticker procedure: sales & mktg alignment

  • Alignment weekly procurement

  • Innovation on POCM / improvement

  • Supplier meetings to look for new solutions

  • Develop and manage POCM for brands of reference, A&P

  • Develop and manage POCM for Extravisibility for Sell-out team and TM Regional

  • Guide and give input for the Yet for the brand

  • Ad hoc execution / folder management

  • Working on better world

  • Monitoring of the usage of the POCM

  • POCM catalogue update for sales

    Qualification, experience and skills

  • University degree

  • Fluent in English

  • Commercial/Trade Marketing experience (preferable in beverage)

  • Marketing/Trade Marketing/Tech Sales knowledge

  • Good Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook knowledge

  • Analytical tools (Oracle, Access..) knowledge and main market indicators (ACN/ IRI)

  • On Trade structure and market knowledge

  • Target oriented and problem solving mindset

  • Negotiation skills

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

  • Dynamic

  • Attitude in recognizing and managing weakness signals

  • High liability

  • Great capability to work under pressure and stress control

  • Influencing skills and assertiveness

  • Open-minded

  • Working hour flexibility - night & week-end
