About the role
Lead the day to day relationship and strategic planning for Premium Wholesale accounts (Coes Venus, Amathus etc) within the Wholesale On Trade Business channel. Accountable for the customers £15.7m NSV and £10.1m GP delivery. This role is a key part of the 'winning in London' strategy. Responsible for negotiating the commercial terms and driving the distribution & NPD, core and premium brand performance and activation with customers, consumers and sales teams
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
Create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to protect and develop business with customers
Ownership of full P&L, forecasting, budgeting and key strategic decisions to help shape PRW and the channel
Develop and nurture customer relationships across cross operations, marketing and commercial functions
Activate BBFB brands within the customer using Bacardi Sales Way levers
Provision of clear up to date inputs to key business processes e.g. monthly KVD (Key Values Driver) updates, annual Bottom Up Plan creation
Playing a key role within the RTM channel team
Measures of success
Delivering, owning and enhancing:
Performance vs. budget and key initiatives
Accurate and clear forecasting, Bottom Up Planning and channel communications
Delivering customer terms to growth value / volume & distribution YOY
Aligning plans and activity to complement other channels within BBFB
Analyzing customer data and conducting quarterly customer business reviews & actions
Achieve quarterly Sales Variable Pay & annual KPIs
Active Personal Development Plan
Critical experiences for success
Minimum of 3 years commercial experience in sales and/or marketing.
Track record of customer development and cross functional working.
Understanding of the On Trade, RTM C&C Channel and role that this position plays within BBFB winning in the On Trade
