About the role
In this role you will be accountable to tailor the Regional IAP programs and execute them in your market, as well as taking part in development of locally le programs. Your ability to manage multiple projects at any given time will be key, as will be your comfort in working seamlessly within the matrix, in particular with the Regional Customer Marketing team, IPD and Country Commercial teams.
You will build the key contributor in building,developing and executing best-in-class cross-brand CPA capabilities at a Country level that will enable us to win in the marketplace
You will influence the development of On Trade Channel Strategies that through the Integrated Activity Plan (IAP)
process are converted into winning value propositions that drive value growth.
You will apply the frameworks to translate our Category and Point of Purchase Visions into a Picture of

In this role, you will primarily be based in the Local office where you will be working with multifunctional team
colleagues. However, you will be part of the broader CPA Community internationally and as such there will be some travel to other markets or to the Regional Head Office for the purposes of inspiration, input and alignment.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
Drive results & excellence in execution
Partecipate in the selection, creation and execution of a pool of occasion and category-centred cross-brand activities to maximize the impact on the business, the involved brands and the customer relation.
Be the point of reference for Regional CPA to ensure that the developed cross-brand programs are relevant and to the Italian Market.
Execute and measure the developed activations with excellence, creating best practices to be shared beyond the national team and driving refinements and choices for the future.
Work hand-in-hand with the IPD function to provide CPA input and vision into their CatMan programs and ensure they are ready to be executed in the trading environment.
Develop talent and capability
Build a learning organization by creating a "share, steal and reapply" culture that systematically builds a database of CPA best practices
Provide Category teams with the CPA expertise and advice to enable an effective commercialization of category strategies and initiatives

Educational Requirements :
University Degree, ideally with a relevant postgraduate qualification
Work Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer marketing/ commercial role within a global organization
Experience in Customer Marketing (e.g. Purchaser/Shopper Marketing, Category Management Sales and Channel Strategy)
Commercial skills gained through hands on Commercial roles
Experience in roles related to understanding customer and channel dynamics
Italian: business fluent
English: business fluent
Other languages are a plus
