What you can expect:

  • You will be a part of Consumer Care team in the best beer company

  • You will engage with consumers to ensure AB InBev brands and products are connecting with consumers in the right way

  • You will be in a role of Brand Ambassador and front office contact with consumers (online and offline) ensure best customer experience and build brand loyalty

  • You will partner with the key corporate stakeholders to insure we are able to service our consumers with the quality we have committed

  • You will engage with the global community of consumer care to share and to learn best practices across the globe

  • You will develop working knowledge of Sales Force.com to conduct changes and improvements and identify opportunities within SalesForce.com to improve process/functionality
