Digital Transformation Manager - Logistics

We are looking for an experienced project manager to help us further develop & implement our contract management solution in Europe.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Deliver commercial projects related to contract management end to end from design to implementation, It includes the planning, execution and completion of development and rollout projects according to deadlines and budget.

  • Manage internal stakeholders from Commercial and Solutions functions

  • Manage resource planning and coordination including third party suppliers

  • Responsible for on-time delivery of IT related tasks including activities of internal and external IT suppliers

  • Perform detailed project planning and manage project execution according to plan & within defined budget

  • Align & liaise with global counterparts to ensure solutions are deployed in most standard way

Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead, provide guidance on application and integration development, working closely with functional specialists to develop creative business solutions for Logistic solutions like contract management

  • Capture and analyze business requirements and formulate implementation plans

  • Demonstrate creative approach for prototyping of new solutions

  • Drive conversations with our business stakeholders and external implementation partners armed with best practices

  • Review and correcting project direction, approach and keep programs on track and solutions maintainable going forward. Identification and pro-active management of risk areas and commitment to seeing an issue through to complete resolution.

  • Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party vendors

  • Identify business KPIs to link to every project

  • Ensure new systems implementations are linked to overall IS/IT architectural strategy

  • Ensure proper handover to support team with expected service levels;

  • Ensure compliance of zone specific business function solutions with ABInBev global standards & policies;

  • Organize functional & technical design sessions to improve the internal knowledge of the teams

  • Compliance with NOM (Internal Architecture and Operational IT Rules)

    Who are we looking for?

  • MBA/Engineering/Technical University degree Level

  • IT implementation expertise (2 years)

  • Experience in working on outsourcing models (2 year)

  • Project management roles (2 years) - Proven record of handling multiple projects at the same time

  • Solution expertise within functional domain (2 years)

  • Financial and planning experience

  • Cost benefit analysis

  • Experience in vendor management & People management

  • Good communicator used to customer-centric way of working

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Fluent English, proficiency in Dutch or French is an advantage

  • IT background required. Knowledgeable in IT terminology

  • Experience with business/solution analysis and customization/programming.

  • Demonstrable experience of working with SAP, APO, Salesforce and integration technologies (MuleSoft, ...) is considered an advantage:

  • Experience with system configuration using workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, process builder, flows and Data Loader
