The expert will deal with the IDOCS blocked, ensuring that all orders get created in SAP. Beside the expert will do the reporting and root cause analysis on why the IDOCS get blocked. Once defined the expert will try to resolve the root causes. The expert will also support in the onboarding of customers on the EDI platform.
YOUR MAIN DUTIES
Twice daily resolve the blocked IDOCs in France - allowing timely order creation and ensuring delivery to customer.
Reporting on the root causes for the IDOCs blocked
Resolving the root causes for the IDOC blocked
Support in the onboarding of customers on the EDI platform
Support the order taking teams for resolving IDOCs blocked
YOUR GENERAL SKILLS
Passionate about Ab Inbev brands, products and customer support
Excellent interpersonal, phone, writing, and analytical skills
Stress resistance & reliability
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse customer base, troubleshooting, multi-tasking, functioning fairly independently
Demonstrated ability to learn a variety of products, services, applications
YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE
Working experience with SAP and EDI
Experience in working for a FMCG multi-national company
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Advanced spreadsheet / Excel skills; Ability to generate dashboards, tools, and reports

YOUR EDUCATION LEVEL / TECHNICAL SKILLS
Education level: A degree in business/ information technology / computer information systems / system engineer or related disciplines.
Technical skills: Microsoft Office , SAP, EDI expertise
