The Employee Experience Lead will support this transformational change agenda across our employee base in London and ensure our employees can perform at their best through technology services and processes that put them at the centre of everything without compromising cyber security.
What you will be responsible for:
Create and Maintain strong end user relationships
Delivery of Diageo Business Services Performance Promise
Optimize Employee Experience
Deliver change in technology use and employee behavior
Employee technology deployment and enablement
Technical & Infrastructure Support through strategic partners
Promote and Sustain compliance with solutions and service delivered
Promote and sustain compliance to Diageo's information management and security standards
Promotion of Diageo value and standards
What you need to be successful in this role:
1-2years experience in IS/Digital focused business area or being passionate about technology and change management as fresh grad
Capability of managing and delivering change
Strength in communications and campaign delivery
Ability to build and maintain good business relationships
Experience interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business ways of working and making recommendations.
