Export Documentation Senior Specialist MEX
You will be working in Documentation team as key player in the logistics operations. You will be in a direct contact with customers and suppliers all over the world handling export from Mexico. You will prepare and collect commercial, transport and customs documents according to customer specifics and given timelines.
We need a challenging and continues improving mindset, to support us in the development of macros and automations that will help us to reduce the manual inputs and the routine job. The role requires ability to coordinate within teams and focus on finding solutions for the customer.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You will prepare/request/collect export documents according to export country or according to customer specifics (transport, commercial, customs) and ensure quality check of documents before providing to final customer
You will be driving investigation and resolution of complex cases, maintaining stakeholder relationship and contributing with great ideas to our efficiency initiatives.
You will support other team members in operational issues and providing first level assistance in case Team Leader is not available
You will have opportunity to provide trainings to new comers and support them during the on boarding period
You will focus on continuous improvements and automation of our tools/processes
You will support to structural improvements (PDCA & Risk Management follow-up) & projects
You will support in the reduction of penalties incurred due to incorrect documentation ($ millions)
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
You are fluent in English & Spanish
Your focus needs to be on providing a great service to our customers
A continuous improvement mind-set is absolutely necessary, you need to challenge the status quo, we are looking for outside the box solutions on daily basis
You have great communications and coordination skills
We need resilience, there will be always stressful situations
You have knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Outlook, ideally worked with ERP or SAP
You understand logistics processes in regards to sense of urgency and prioritization
Have previous working experience in Supply chain overall and in Logistics Transport or Warehousing is definitely a plus
