Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be part of the Commercial Finance Reporting team and directly supporting the On-trade Commercial Finance team with monthly financial insights reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manipulating large volumes of data to provide high quality financial & operational reporting in a consistent, logical and scalable format that is easy to interpret and analyse
Support the On Trade Commercial Finance teams in Forecasting & Budgeting models, analysis & reporting
Provide ad hoc support on Excel modelling to summarise reporting into insightful actionable analytics
Interact & Collaborate with various stakeholders, forming close working relationships with the Commercial Finance Business Partners
You will be an expert in Excel modelling to summarise and analyse data sets into a workable solution and you will also provide ad hoc analysis and support, and project involvement as required.
You will have a Bachelor's degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Finance or other relevant subject preferred. Masters or other discipline related post graduate qualification beneficial.
With strong analytical skills, a keen approach to problem-solving and close attention to detail, you will have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and modelling experience, excellent communication skills, presentation and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively across a broad range of levels, including executive Leads.
You will have the ability to inspire trust and confidence in the numbers and analysis being presented and you will be self-motivated with a desire to drive continual improvement.
Knowledge of P&L structure, revenues and costs is desirable but not essential and previous working experience within Finance or alongside functional operations is an advantage. You will have experience of working within a corporate environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with flawless execution; working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
You will have consistent attention to detail and accuracy, delivering outputs of the highest standards and a solid working knowledge of finance systems.
