A little bit about Global Mobility at Diageo...
Our Global Mobility (GM) team orchestrate the movement of talent internationally and manage successful relocation assignments globally. Our team deliver an innovative and externally recognised GM programme, enabling Diageo's talent strategy and pipeline, with brilliant customer experience at the heart of every move. The programme is a mature, well developed approach consisting of home and host models and 9 different move policies. The team is made up of colleagues that work within our Reward Centre of Excellence and operate out of London and Budapest.
Our Advisors in London have the primary responsibility for partnering Diageo business stakeholders on all GM matters. The business partnering aspect of the role includes business consultation, support with international move package design and mobility advice and guidance to the business. Additionally, they provide support and guidance to the Budapest team of GM coordinators, who have responsibility for managing the day to day administrative activities within the overall team structure and one way moves.

The purpose of our GM Advisor roles is to act as a mobility business partner to the Diageo business on all GM related matters. The business partnering aspect of the role includes detailed business consultation, support with international moves and mobility package design and overall GM advice, guidance and support to the business.
As an Advisor, you'll be expected to pro-actively advise stakeholders on all aspects of GM policy and processes, assist with the design of mobility packages, and work on complex, often senior, moves. Additionally, you'll support and mentor members of the Budapest team on mobility cases and processes.

Providing pro-active advice to stakeholders across the business on all aspects of GM.
Ensuring that GM policies and processes are followed in a consistent and compliant manner for the region(s) concerned.
Ensuring the GM Coordinators in Budapest team meet their objectives and goals through support, mentorship and development.
Involvement in ad-hoc strategic projects such as technology implementations and developments, policy reviews etc.
Engagement of stakeholders and ensuring GM interventions and value-add through the building of brilliant relationships, knowledge of markets / business and influencing of stakeholders.
Supporting, mentoring and helping develop GM Coordinators in Budapest.
What are we looking for?
Graduate calibre/proven intellectual capability with supporting qualification.
Relevant experience of Global Mobility processes and policies in a commercial environment.
Ability to engage with stakeholders globally, and experience of explaining and articulating GM issues in a clear and concise manner.
Experience of working in a diverse team, evidence of contribution to a team environment.
Evidence of reacting with pace to GM issues and challenges, and evidence of responsiveness and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
