You will join a team that works well together to provide care to Children between 13-18 in a CAMHS Tier 4 low secure environment or a Transitional service for young Women aged 18-25 with personality disorders and acute mental health conditions; supporting people to lead a valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.

Where you will be working
The Potters Bar Clinic is located in a residential area only a one minute drive from the M25 and a short bus ride from Potters Bar Train Station - with a bus stop right outside, making it an easy commute for most.
With two services provided, there is opportunity for variety at Potters Bar, caring for:
Transitional services for young women aged 18 -25 with personality disorders and acute mental health conditions You will work 12.5 hours days, three days a week, including night shifts. Though with 4 days off to rest and catch up on life, it provides a great work/life balance.
What you will get
Annual salary of £17,500-£22,000
