Context/Scope:
Our purpose as an HR function is to be an agile, connected, accountable performance partner for the business, by focusing on the areas where we will make the greatest difference to performance.

The purpose of the HR coordinator is to provide administrative, reporting and project support to HR in Global Supply and the International Supply Centre. This role provides support to Global Supply and Procurement and will be based in in Edinburgh Park. The global supply and procurement organization incorporates Operational excellence teams, the global procurement function and the International Supply Centre. The ISC alone has over 5,000 employees across 60 sites. We produce 11 out of our 13 global brands (as well as many others). Our organisation stretches across continents, from our technical centre in Singapore to our European Logistics organisation in Amsterdam, to Mexico where our we produce Zacapa and Don Julio. We are an organisation built around craft and heritage. There are 53 distilleries within the ISC, including those making some of the world's best known whiskeys. And we're also home to the famous brewery at St James Gate. The International Supply Centre is a hub of technical expertise. It's the very heart of our business.

Leadership Responsibilities

The role will have responsibility for driving data accuracy and supporting the HRBPs to embed Workday.

Specific data accountabilities and project work span a number of areas:

  • Data Analytics and Reporting

  • OE Reporting

  • Talent Management and MYTP reporting

  • Reward

At different times of the year the focus will be on different areas in line with the Global HR calendar of activity. The HR Coordinator will partner effectively with the HRBP team, line managers and First Point.

Purpose of Role

Ensure we have good data, and as such, we are then able to use this data to drive decision making.

Co-ordinate key projects and ensure we have the appropriate level of administrative support.

Continue our journey to embedding Workday.

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

Embed and optimize the utilisation of Workday

  • Partner with HRBPs to identify any capability gaps of line managers and employees on people processes and systems in particular.

  • Work closely with HRBPs to close these gaps with relevant communications and training as required.

  • Own regular communications to employees and LMs to drive data accuracy.

DATA ANALYTICS AND REPORTING

  • Ownership of data produced for Tier 4, our weekly performance tracking meeting. Support Tier 5 and Tier 6 data analysis.

  • Take our data analytics to another level. Need to drive out learnings, influence the HRBPs and business in terms of MYTP etc.

  • Continuously monitor and drive compliance in our processes and ways of working and ensuring key controls are in place and reported regularly.

  • Work closely with the Reward Manager in supporting ARC and drive reward data accuracy throughout the year on behalf of the bps

  • Administration support of the Job Evaluation process for UK

  • Reward analysis and benchmarking as required to drive further simplification and effectiveness.

  • Ensure all Workday Talent data is correct and up to date.

  • Work with HRBPs to ensure succession plan data is correct and live.

  • Support graduate and apprentice assessment centres

  • Support any central graduate development and other career programmes

  • Resilience and confidence in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.

Qualifications and experience preferred:

  • Degree level qualified or equivalent HR experience

  • Good working knowledge of systems, ideally Workday.

  • Good attention to detail accompanied by a strong analytical approach to problem solving.
