Internship - Belgium

Kick-start your career working within our teams.

As an intern you'll get the chance to experience the business whilst developing your skills - learning from the different areas of the business and building your own reputation. With the right focus, you could even build a relationship that could lead you to a long-lasting career with us. On top of that you will work in the Headquarter for Europe located in the lovely Leuven, where Stella Artois was brewed for the first time more than 650 years ago.

What will you do during the internship?

It's a full time internship, with a chance for you to discover what it's like to work in a top 5 FMCG company. You'll be placed in the business to work on a real project. The duration of the internship can range from 2 to 6 months or more, depending on your availability.

You'll work in either - Marketing, Innovation, People, Sales, Supply or Support, Solutions, with defined objectives. Every week you get to meet up with your Project Sponsor (your line manager) to align on the next steps of your responsibilities.

Throughout your internship, you will meet and work with senior managers - giving you insight and exposure to some of our key leaders. At the end of the program you'll also present on the project you worked on - the challenge, action plan, results and benefits, and your own development.

At all times we'll encourage you to take ownership of your internship, so success is very much down to you.
