This global spirit brand are seeking an individual with a great attitude to take on responsibility as a Junior Brand Manager.

The Role:
? Reporting into the Brand and Category Manager (who reports into the Marketing Director), you'll be a key member of the team who supports others with projects while taking control of your own.
? You will line up brand-focused activity across the on-trade to help the Brand & Category Manager spread the good word.
? You will assist customers with top quality events and making sure they're repping all initiatives the right way in both bars and supermarkets.
? You will take a lead on branded activations from our growing student ambassador program, helping 10 students in 5 key cities in partnership with Campus Group. Keeping an eye on student activities and help them deliver the brands key messaging responsibly.
? Head up all Trade POS requirement and help create new on-trade POS right through from start to finish, as well as managing stock with the supply chain.
? Make the Christmas Customer gift your own and be responsible for ensuring it is one of the most wanted items on anyone's list.
? Help make our online shop sleeker and keep it stocked with products that help us stand out from the crowd.
? Get stuck in and help out on all kinds of marketing projects as they come in.

Responsibilities include:
? Help get the brand's image plastered across on-trade and consumer-facing occasions and review A&P deployment across the areas you're on top of.
? Protect the brand and keep us looking sharp across various projects and channels - including: On Trade, Off Trade, Convenience, Field Sales and Marketing.
? Partner up with our agencies across projects to keep everyone in the loop, programs on track and an all-round positive atmosphere.
? Help our sales team with presentation and POS materials as they need them.
? Keep marketing in the minds of the sales team by regularly going to sales meetings to collect feedback and insight from a sales perspective.
? Head out into trade / events on a weekly basis so that market trends don't pass you by.
? Keep activity budgets all under control.
? Make us look our best across all consumer touch-points by ensuring brand equity.
? Take pride in being an innovator, owning brilliant, premium activations across the business and improving brand performance through your expert know-how.
? Check in on marketing activities against the approved strategy and evaluate performance across both commercial and consumer channels.
? Count those pennies and manage your project budgets without overspending.
? Stay up to date with brand activity on all channels with regular reviews.
? Make sure we're always best in class by proactively checking what else is going on in the marketplace.
? Keep our agencies on their toes by making sure they're being bold and different.
? Work with our counterparts to get the best items for the best prices.
? Stand up and be counted - Voice your ideas and be an essential part of the team by offering help or taking the lead yourself.

Essential Knowledge and experience:
? Graduate (Marketing or other related subject)
? Demonstrable experience of in role delivery
? Passionate about the drinks industry
? Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
