We're looking for an individual that loves a challenge, loves working in really close relationships with Customers and who wants to work in a Sales role in a really fast paced environment. We are on the hunt for the future best Key Account Manager (m/f/d) out there who will lead Bacardi Germany to the next generation! You'll be working across our Spirits, Sparkling Wine, Vermouth and RTD portfolio, where Bacardi is one of the biggest players in the market. And you'll take ownership for some of our big customers.

Critically to this role is acting as an entrepreneur in a complex, competitive and challenging environment via pioneering activities which will drive joint growth - for us and our customers. You are encouraged to operate with freedom and creativity to work in partnership with key retail accounts and build our joint business plans within Germany.

As our new Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will become an integral part of our cross functional, high performing and motivated German team. You will be partnering with brand and customer marketing, supply chain, finance and revenue growth stakeholders to accelerate our business.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities

You are responsible to deliver customer related key revenue targets as determined by the financial plan and will drive our sales and portfolio strategy within your customer landscape.

You will develop and maintain, effective and strategic relationships with key customers and influence the positioning of Bacardi brands within your dedicated Customer responsibility, and be accountable for the implementation of Commercial plans that deliver against customer plans.

You will identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance in key customers achieving value creation.

Working closely with the KAM Team across all channels, you will drive a shared vision and winning team spirit among the sales teams.

You will drive the use of our field sales force by activating our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
