Role Purpose

Gather, analyze and interpret data in or to support:

  1. Performance reporting & communication

    • Create and execute scorecards for

    • Monthly routines

    • QBR process

    • Annual BBU

    • Interpret and communicate results

    • Monthly commercial commentary

    • Annual BBU papers

    • Ad hoc project support

  2. Sales Support

    • Annual planning process for Regions and Nat Accts Off Premise

    • Data needs

    • Sources of growth

    • Monthly routines including QBRs/TTTs

    • Data Support for channel strategies

    • Financial analysis of strategic changes

  3. A&P Effectiveness initiatives

    • Frequency & depth of discounting, EDLP

    • ROI evaluations of major initiatives

    • Optimization of marketing mix based on ROI

Revenue Growth Management

Works collaboratively with Net Revenue Management team to optimize market pricing and maximize WGS revenue.

  • Price elasticity modeling

  • Customer level P&L creation with price structure data.

  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of tools to support Price Management, Tracking and analysis

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential:

• Employment: 5+ years of experience in syndicated data analysis and interpretation with Nielsen, IRI or NPD data.

• Education: Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Skills: Must have strong oral and written communication skills.

• IS Systems: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of statistical analysis preferred

• Strong communication, organizational and task management skills

• Strong influencing & leadership capabilities

• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Orientation to detail, with a specific focus on accuracy

• Ability to multi-task many items at once in a deadline driven environment

• Creativity and innovative thinking in approach to processes, analytics and problem-solving Desirable

: • Spirits: Working knowledge of adult beverage categories and retail and on-premise outlets
