On Trade Key Account Manager - Zürich
In Sales, you'll put our customers at the heart of our business. By building strong relationships with every customer, you'll help AB InBev become the brewery of choice and ensure we deliver world-class execution of our business plans to every customer.
In this role you will lead and grow the Wholesale channel customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and build the entire AB InBev portfolio according to the market strategy.
Full Net Revenue responsibility while optimizing the budget spending.
Development of solutions for individual and customer-specific problems
Negotiations with customers (conditions, prices, discounts, profitability)
Increase product availability and market coverage, focusing on accelerating the growth of our core business through excellent distribution and promotions
Manage customer budgets and other trade funds and ensure allocation behind strategic priorities
Build and ensure high level of visibility of AB InBev brands within all customers
Analyze Volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers to gain market shares
Monitor of contract status
Provide on-going feedback / inputs regarding market conditions and competitive activities to internal functions (marketing, logistics, customer service etc)
Commercial degree, preferably in Hospitality, Business Administration or Economic
2+ year of Key Account Management experience, preferably in FMCG sales or trade marketing
Good network of contacts and knowledge of the beverage sector in Switzerland
Excellent negotiation and commercial skills, entrepreneurial and conceptual thinking
Results oriented and strong ambition in achieving targets
Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
Experience in leading your own team will be valued
Good knowledge of MS Office
Mandatory languages: German and English; French and/or Italian are a plus
