The role

As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for the day-to-day blue collar payroll activities. Besides the Payroll scope you will be involved in different projects depending on your own input & interest (process optimisations, training delivery,...).

  • You will be responsible for correct and timely payment of salaries and premiums in cooperation with the external payroll provider

  • You will follow up on error messages, examine unclear issues and request additional information from the stakeholders (time administrators, first line managers or People business partners, external providers, ...)

  • You will follow-up on the completion of social security and employer documents

  • You will take care of electronic classification of employee files

  • You will take responsibility for sanity checks on the accuracy of the master data, controlled by our master data team

  • You will have chance to visit our Jupille site on regular basis

  • You will have opportunity to participate in other projects.

Who we're looking for:

  • You have high interest in Excel

  • You are mathematically/analytical focused

  • You show good time management and accuracy skills

  • Real business partner & collaborator

  • You know how to handle confidential information

  • Excellent communicator

  • You like to work a utonomously

  • Fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch would be advantage

  • Knowledge of social legislation is a plus
