PO follow-up Specialist


The PO Follow-up Specialist is responsible for Managing timely deliveries to Breweries and Warehouses. Obtaining and updating POs with accurate information, maintaining and checking the Supplier Portal for accurate and updated information and being in contact with the Suppliers.


The key accountabilities for this role include but are not restricted to:

  • Execute PO Follow-up / Confirmation process

  • Analyse Supplier Portal Report to evaluate PO status, past-due deliveries and supplier confirmations

  • Review PO status information with Stakeholders

  • Contact Suppliers to obtain PO status information

  • Ensure Supplier Portal is updated and populated with accurate information by the supplier

  • Ensure information is updated in relevant reports

  • Manage supplier delivery performance

  • Escalate issues to PO & Contract Management Lead


The creation of a new operating model will transform ABI Procurement Function in to a much higher level of centralization at Regional level. This will require a high level of client satisfaction and efficiency at Local and Regional level.

The PO Follow-Up Specialist role is a solution in PSS to implement and sustain this transformation. It enables high efficiency by providing a high service level. PO Follow-Up Specialist will manage open PO statuses and suppliers to ensure effective day-to-day operation.


  • The PO Follow-Up Specialist provides delivery management for Indirect Spare parts, safety materials, laboratory equipment and POCM materials

  • This role monitors PO status, deliveries and supplier confirmation

  • The PO Follow-Up Specialist is the local point between procurement and suppliers

  • Manage disputes of suppliers by streamlining communication between right departments

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent or adequate experience

  • Critical skills needed for success in this position:

  • Understanding of sourcing tools (SAP, SRM,)

  • Good knowledge in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook)

Analytical skills

  • Communicating effectively by conveying information and ideas in a clear, meaningful, and timely manner, providing information to ensure understanding; solicit inputs and provide open candid conversations

  • Establishing collaborative working relationships

  • Languages: English, Russian

  • Ability to conceptualize business impact
