About the role
This is a crucial role to help identify and develop winning sustainable business with top end accounts across multiple sectors. The role is based in and around Leeds and you would be:
Responsible for premium on-trade independent outlets, Workload could include selected managed groups and premium off trade retail within an allocated geographical area.
Responsible for the administrative and commercial support of the customer workload to contribute effectively to the delivery of budgeted £ NSV and £ GP targets.
Develop and nurture customer, internal and external relationships including operations, marketing and commercial functions.
Activate BBFB brands using Bacardi Sales Way (AVQPAP & "Picture of Success"), ensuring excellent execution to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
Identify, develop and nurture excellent relationships with key customers and industry influencers.
To develop best in class outlet execution to promote outlet and brand loyalty.
Key accountabilities and responsibilities
To identify and manage key accounts, build mutually beneficial relationships.
To be instrumental in delivering portfolio share and value growth.
To develop winning 360 degree account plans with prioritised customers.
To deliver winning in strategy aligned with activation manager and advocacy team. Ensure appropriate evaluation and reports are accurate and on time.
To execute best in class commercial brand plans and share best practice ways of working;
To enter and maintain accurate records for all customers in the company database. Use the information to plan and deliver versus all company targets.
Journey plan ensure callage and coverage targets are hit/
Independently resolve day to day operational questions and issues from customer base.
Work closely with other functions including BML and BF CPA and Activation team, Customer Planning, Advocacy, Sales, Finance & Marketing to ensure the best possible delivery against agreed Bacardi Sales KPI's and targets.
Execute Picture of Success in outlets. Achieve AVQPAP standards on existing and new products;
Ensure excellent execution of key marketing activities in outlets. Collate results and provide evaluation of promotional activities & budgets, incorporating Return On Investment analysis.
Provide input for the development of impactful customer plans brand plans. Prioritise and allocate resource effectively for maximum impact.
Monitor and administer the promotional budgets. Responsible for customer account management and prompt processing of accurate invoices.
Accountable for brand execution within the customer base.
Support and inspire other Prestige / Specialist colleagues to step change executional excellence and customer management.

A minimum of 3 years Sales commercial experience, including multichannel experience in the on trade
Experience of leading a cross functional project
Evidence of developing highly favourable trading terms for BBFB and significant account 'wins' within customer base.
Evidence of success with key industry influencers/buyers and opinion formers within your area
Experience of innovation projects within your area
