Why Join HEINEKEN?

There has never been a more exciting time to join our Manchester Brewery. We are firmly planted in the community thanks to a number of investments in the site over the past few years, totalling more than £70 Million. Our brewery remains a pivotal part of our UK supply chain network, producing around five hundred million litres per year of Foster's, Kronenbourg 1664 - and, more recently - Heineken®. We're delighted to have been given the quality seal of approval from our Amsterdam Head Office to brew Heineken on our site - and as a bonus, we're making our carbon footprint smaller in the process.

We are looking for a Multi-skilled Reliability Engineer, with working experience in electrical and automation at a diagnostic level. The role entails maintaining the kit and using engineering skills and experience to increase performance through analysis and improvement.

You'll enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems utilising data and converting them into solutions through collaboration with their shift colleagues, operations and the OEMs. Working experience in a TPM / CI environment would highly advantageous as the role works within a highly structured process.

What are we looking for?

Firstly, you will need to possess the necessary trade qualifications (NVQ or CITB Apprenticeship and/or an HNC Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) and preferably with an electrical bias (previous control/instrumentation experience would be highly desirable) You will also have worked in similar highly-automated and safety-critical manufacturing site.

Your can-do attitude and enthusiasm will be warmly welcomed and your problem-solving skills will be put to good use. If you have a positive outlook with a continuous improvement mindset, and solid experience of modern planned maintenance techniques (RCA, FMECA etc) and Computerised Maintenance Management systems, then we want to hear from you.

What do we offer?

Along with your salary, we offer an award-winning double matched pension (up to 10% from HEINEKEN), a performance bonus, a free on-site gym, subsidised on-site canteen facilities, a case of our delicious products every month (can be accrued) plus a number of other perks included in your package.
