Job Description :
Enhance the effectiveness of our of our Global Retail Brand Ambassador Programme.
Setting overall strategy and KPIs
Increase ambassador engagement
Agency management and remuneration
Standardizing training and incentives
Step-change POS effectiveness and deliver a streamlined process
Identify the optimum POS range for our core brands using M&E
Define and implement a standardized POS order process to drive simplification and efficiency
Work with Procurement to identify the right agency partners
Management of Retail Fixed Assets to ensure optimum consumer experience, efficient installation & maintenance and accurate reporting
Ensure financial, health & safety and technical compliance across all regions.
Manage the Retail Development Database including location, costs, specifications, drawings, certificates.
Manage the updates, maintenance and spares of all permanent visibility projects - screens, engraving machines etc
Manage the warehousing and storage of the retail assets
