Senior Brand Manager, Ginette

Purpose of the job

Ginette is an incredibly fun and exciting Organic brand that is part of our portfolio in Europe. In the past months, Ginette has gained a lot of traction with different stakeholders and became a big bet in the 3 Year Plan of AB Inbev's agenda.

The Ginette Manager will be responsible to lead this outstanding growth as well as developing and executing the launch strategy for Ginette in Belgium, from innovation to events execution.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver net revenue, volume, and brand equity

  • Drive & deliver the Ginette Marketing strategy for Belgium

  • Supporting role in defining trade marketing plans

  • Maintain key processes & disciplines to ensure required targets are achieved

  • Brand tracking

  • Comms creation & Media plan execution

  • Events execution

  • Trade marketing alignment

  • Budget control

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required in the role

  • Passion for marketing

  • Creative and in touch with latest trends

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset

  • Well aware of Brussels' vibe and agenda

  • Native French proficiency

  • 2-3 years field experience In Marketing/Trade Marketing

  • Excellence in cross department collaboration with proven track record

  • Constructive, passionate, resilient, optimistic, inspiring, target orientated, winning spirit
