Are you an experienced National Account Manager who wants to work for a rapidly growing spirit brand and is passionate about craft spirits?!
You will be responsible for driving growth in one of the most challenging and exciting channels. Engaging a commercial mindset and harnessing your entrepreneurial spirit, you will drive distribution and growth of the brand portfolio across the on-trade channel
• Your primary focus is to drive distribution, visibility of the portfolio & leveraging listings to further establish distribution
• Utilising key contacts within your network to create new business opportunities within On-Trade and establish a broad and diverse customer base
• Develop joint business plans in order to deliver against the budgeted growth targets for your channel
• Share category trends and insights to facilitate decision making and product ranging, leading to a greater presence for the brand portfolio
• A proven track record of having managed large on-trade customers-major national pub, restaurants & leisure groups.
• Delivered NPD launches within the spirits category.
• Confident in talking about category, trends, and cocktails.
• Able to deliver mutual value at every level of the customer hierarchy, specifically with senior stakeholders.
