Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for consistently provide a high quality guest experience to our discerning and sophisticated guests. You will partner with the Chef Team and Restaurant Teams to ensure seamless delivery at every touch point.
You will be a skilled Sommelier or are developing in this role and will be highly competent in delivering a consistent quality guest experience. You will have excellent interpersonal, organisational, IT and problem-solving skills. Willing to either travel to or relocate to Braemar, you will creative, passionate, inspired by our story and ambitious to grow within the company
