Spot Buyer Commercial
As a Buyer you deliver competitive advantage and sustainable value to the business at AB InBev. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing products and services for your assigned category, working closely with your stakeholder to understand their requirement, negotiating purchases, creating and managing supplier contracts and delivering savings.
Assigned Category - Commercial : POS materials which we use to promote our brands - print, gadgets, textiles, parasols, plastic cups, glassware and displays, both for OFF-trade, ON-trade as well as the key account channel
Work closely with your internal stakeholders to understand their requirements for products and/or services.
Evaluate, analyze and assess results with the objective of creating business opportunities and savings (RFI and RFQ/RFP)
Drive responsible sourcing though contractual and financial negotiations
Collaborate with functional budget owners (Trade marketing, visibility managers, equipment service managers) and work closely with the Junior Category buyers, Category buyers & Cat manager on implementing the category strategy
Challenge existing ways of working in order to improve procurement results and efficiency, delivering procurement targets (CI initiatives)
Identify and support added value initiatives
Track procurement results of the assigned area of responsibility and translate into reporting structures
1-2 years experience in Procurement Operations / Analytics / Sourcing.
Fluent in English and Russian. Any other language is a plus.
Basic knowledge of Procurement processes, methods and techniques.
Time management skills and attention to detail.
Works well under pressure and ability to operate independently and with others

Preferably knowledge of SAP systems such as ERP module , E-sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba
