What will you do as First Line Manager?
You'll be the perfect fit, if like us you have a passion for beer. In this role you would be responsible for leading teams (depending on department: Packaging/Maintenance/Brewing/Logistics) daily and weekly activities on the shop floor (production area) in order to meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements for safety, service & quality at optimum cost through the conformance to agreed ways of working.
How you will do it?
Some of your duties will include leading & motivating teams & production management by promoting & ensuring compliance to safety within plant and to meet the department's KPI's and adhere to agreed processes (SLAs, H&S).
You would be working with Packaging/Brewing/Maintenance Manager around matters concerning: team, equipment, conditions, people, processes, daily operations issues, dependencies to other departments.
What capabilities we look for?
Sound knowledge of production or brewing or packaging or logistics processes in dynamic manufacturing environment
Ability to lead & motivate a team or group of individuals and develop & maintain a high-performing team
Fluent in Dutch or French, and English
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Flexible - open to work on shift based rotation system
Charismatic and good influencer, able to challenge management and staff where appropriate
