Supply Master Data Supervisor WE

Job purpose

Develops, implements and manage European Supply material master data creation and maintenance processes and ABI system(s), to enable upstream and downstream planning processes to plan timely product innovations or promotions, demand planning, packaging material planning, beer production planning.

  • Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs


  • Leading the Supply Master Data team.

  • Understand company's vision, mission, and strategy; and set/accomplish team/individual performance goals.

  • Define and drive achievement of service level performance, measure in time to complete requests and accuracy of data input, manage expectations of the organization.

  • Work with portfolio management teams to improve existing master data processes, define business requirements for master data management and communicate process changes as required.

  • Work with IT to define technology requirements to support business requirements for master data.

  • Control costs through efficiency improvements for data management team.

  • Support efficiency through management of master data - naming conventions to support ease to search (B2B,B2C digital platforms), updated item, timeliness of updates, etc.

  • Act as subject matter expert to advise business users of potential data issues and suggest corrective actions, work with business partners and IT to develop or enhance reporting tools or applications

  • Audit and correct existing data on a value impact basis.

  • Address performance issues appropriately and timely.

  • Identifying issues/mistakes within the master data set-up and providing timely solutions back to the country business unit

  • Correct controls in place to minimize impacts to the business operations (delegation of authority followed, segregation of duties...)

  • Ensure compliance with master data process principles, BSC standards, AB InBev policies and SLAs.

  • Ensure delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all contractual service level agreements


  • Coordination of activities within team and setting right priorities for daily processing

  • Create and maintain a positive work environment

  • Developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events

  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.

  • Hold direct reports accountable for individual and team performance.

Develop people

  • Hire, coach, develop and evaluate people performance.

  • Ensures direct reports obtain applicable training and development opportunities to enhance performance, development, and contributions to the company.

  • Sharing knowledge/experience within/other team members

  • Provide constructive feedbacks to develop people

  • Follow up on personal development plan and people engagement

Relationship management

  • Building of appropriate relationship with BU and other departments

  • Cooperation with other Logistics teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities

    Qualifications and Technical competencies required


  • Masters or Graduate degree or equivalent


  • 2-3 years people management or related experience

  • Experience in process automation, an advantage

  • Experience working in a Shared Service Centre environment an advantage

  • Experience in Master Data Management, Stock or Inventory management

  • Understanding of supply processes: Master data, logistics, material planning, demand planning packaging an advantage

  • Behavioral competencies

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite Software.

  • Knowledge of SAP is advantage

Language skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Other European language is an advantage
