UK Brand Manager, 3rd Party Brands

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand manager to create and manage the execution of 3rd party brand plans and budgets that deliver agreed objectives with internal stakeholders and external brand owners. In this role, you'll be the driving force that ignites energy and interest in the brands across the business and translates into profitable sales that also support growth of the company's own brands. This role will be based at No.3 St. James's with a need to attend meetings at our other London and Basingstoke offices and customer locations where appropriate.

What you will do
•Lead the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for 3rd party brands that cover customer, trade and consumer marketing activity
•Provide 3rd party brand owners and internal stakeholders with monthly reporting and attend Quarterly Business Reviews to present market updates
•Equip the sales team with comprehensive product, brand and category information relevant to our brands portfolio
•Deliver 'a menu' of 'off the shelf' promotions for sales teams to execute in trade channels
•Manage the timely creation of assets to deliver the marketing and sales plans.
•Ensure brand communications across all channels follow established guidelines to create consistency
•Attend meetings with key customers as required
•Be the key marketing contact for related enquiries
•Work with the FMV commercial team to deliver best in class promotions, tasting and training events
•Manage allocations and coordinate special releases of product ranges across sales channel

Experience / Achievements

•Extensive experience in spirits industry
•The proven ability to create, execute and evaluate marketing programs
•Evidence of hitting targets and enhancing brand strength (consumer equity and financials)
•A focus, commitment and energy that will lead to success for the brands we represent

Your Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
•Good knowledge of the spirits industry, marketing & sales
•Clear understanding of brand building (Strategy / Communication / Finance / Commercial)
•Desire to learn and improve, personally and the brands
•Strong team worker, who can both lead and operate effectively within cross functional teams
•Strong numerically, with ability to use and communicate numbers, and manage budgets.
•Self-motivated to explore new opportunities and define potential solutions, actively listening and learning in the on and off-trade in the UK.
