London-based casual dining restaurant group Balans Soho Society has confirmed it is to open its sixth site, with a new all-day venue in Seven Dials, near Covent Garden.
The 60-cover site will serve breakfast, brunch, lunch, supper, alongside late-night dining with a 'café-style' approach.
Owner David Taylor said: 'We are very excited to launch this new site in Seven Dials, an exciting area that has recently seen lots of investment. The new café-style Balans Soho Society will continue to offer a haven for the rogues, rascals and reprobates of London wishing to escape the routine every day.'
Overseen by executive chef Crispin Chetwynd, the kitchen will serve seasonal dishes. Classic and signature cocktails also feature on the menu, including the Captain Redleg's Afternoon Tea and Strawberry Martini.
Other sites in the group include a flagship restaurant in Soho, plus sites on Kensington High Street, both Westfield shopping centres and a café on Soho's Old Compton Street.
Julia Wilkinson, portfolio and group restaurant strategy executive at property investment company Shaftesbury, said: 'Balans Soho Society is an eye-catching concept and this prominent position at the heart of Seven Dials will ensure they stand out. This popular all-day alfresco café fits perfectly into a day out shopping or visiting the local theatres and it is an excellent addition to Monmouth Street.'
