Be At One continues to establish itself as a major player among UK cocktail bar groups and has just announced the location of its 33rd site.

The group has taken over a former nightclub in the seaside town of Bournemouth, with a capacity for 200 guests.

This is Be At One’s second seaside location after it opened in Brighton in 2014, and it is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment before opening in August.

'We’re really excited to have secured this prominent site in Bournemouth as it’s a location that has long been on our target list,' Steve Locke, director at Be At One, said. 'It’s a vibrant city that has benefitted from significant investment in recent times which, in turn, has brought a great buzz to the centre from locals and tourists alike.

‘Once open, our new site will very much have a classic Be At One feel to it. We’re deliberately creating quite an intimate space that will help generate the unique atmosphere that we’re renowned for. We’re eager to get the site open as we move into summer and expect a busy few months ahead.

‘We look forward to delivering the Be At One experience of high-quality cocktails and warm, friendly service in a fun atmosphere to our new guests in the city.’

Recruitment for the site is now underway, with the cocktail specialist set to recruit and train 12 individuals for new jobs.

Be At One opened its first site in London’s Battersea in 1998 and has since spread across England, with bars now also operating in Bath, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Reading and Sheffield, along with many in London.
