Leading wine merchant Bibendum has launched an online WSET Level 2 training course

Launched as a response to Covid-19 restrictions, the course will consist of a series of live webinars and is supported by further online resources created ad hoc by Bibendum.

The online course will include the same amount of classroom time as a conventional WSET Level 2 in-class course, meaning that students will be offered 10 two-hour sessions, taking place twice weekly over five weeks.

Attendants will be provided with 20 samples to complement the training programme.

‘Training is a key part of the Bibendum offering and we are so excited that we have been able to adapt our award-winning training proposition to the new normal,’ commented Julia Bailey, head of training at Bibendum. ‘We adapted the course with our students in mind, ensuring that they get as much support as they would usually expect from us, without compromising on the fun and engaging training style of our educators, whilst tasting wine samples from our portfolio throughout. We can’t wait to get started.’

The first course is set to kick off on Monday 12 October and more dates will be announced in due course.
