London’s Camden Town Brewery has unveiled its latest creation aimed to celebrate and support reopening on-trade venues

260,000 pints of the new beer, aptly named To The Pub American Pale Ale, will be given away for free to the brewery’s clients upon reopening to help them with cash flow.

The beer will also be available in 500ml cans through Camden Brewery’s shop from tomorrow, Friday 26 June. All proceeds from these beers ‘will be used to contribute towards funding production of the kegs we’ll be giving to pubs’, said the brewery.

To The Pub is an unfiltered American Pale Ale, double dry-hopped with experimental hop Idaho 7 and Simcoe Cyro, and fermented with clean Cali ale yeast.

‘Never would I have thought that the industry that’s brought me so much, would need so much help to survive,’ said Camden founder Jasper Cuppaidge. ‘It needs all of us, from brewers to beer drinkers, to help this industry get back to stable ground. By drinking To The Pub… you’ll be giving back to the Hospitality Industry when they need it most.’
