Carling re-launches Premier lager

18 April 2017

Carling fans rejoice, as Carling's premium lager, aptly named Carling Premier, has returned to the on-trade.

Following the brand's announcement of a partnership with the Premier League last year, the decision was made to re-launch the premium lager with increased distribution.

Joining a portfolio of Original Lager, Citrus Twist, Apple Cider and Black Fruits Cider, the lager itself is 4.7% abv, described as being a 'smooth, nitrogenated lager, golden in colour, with a creamy head'.

But that's not it, the re-launch will also see new on-trade assets, including a new T-bar design, a glass re-skin and and other POS material, all available from May 2017.

'It’s great to officially announce the re-launch of Carling Premier,' said Jim Shearer, Carling brand director. 'The lager has always had a loyal following of drinkers, who have a latent love for the product and we're eager for it to be available more widely, so we’re excited to be able to increase its presence in the UK.

'It is the perfect complement for our Carling original lager, with the same great taste and refreshment, but with a smoother mouthfeel and drinking experience,' he added.

Available on draught, Molson Coors, 020 7788 2880
