Spirits brand L’Orbe has unveiled its first expression, Vodka x Caviar

The liquid is described as an ‘avant-garde’ vodka and is designed to be ‘admired, savoured and shared’.

The company has been developing the drink for several years. It has finally been produced using 'state-of-the-art technologies developed by the beauty and luxury industries’ and a patented infusion method which allows each grain of caviar to release its flavours into the liquid.

The brand uses Royal Baeri caviar sourced from Olsztyn farm in Poland, prized for the ‘firm yet fragile texture of its grains’. Meanwhile, the liquid's base ingredient is Dankowski Diamond rye.

The brand suggests to serve L'Orbe Vodka x Caviar simply over ice, with the optional garnish of a slice of fresh ginger; or in cocktails such as Martini, Fig & L’Orbe (mixed with fig liqueur), and L’Orbe Tea Time (mixed with sparkling iced tea).

40% abv, RRP £115/500ml, L’Orbe,
