Dunnet Bay unveils Autumn Edition Rock Rose

07 September 2017

Truly ascribing to the adage 'If it ain't broke...', Dunnet Bay Distillers is releasing its Autumn Edition Rock Rose gin with the same botanicals as the original variant.

Citrus elements have been dialled down in the Autumn Edition, ensuring the berries and spice are more prominent. Blackberries and raspberries from the local Dunnet area have been added to complement Vietnamese coriander and nasturtium that's grown in the distillery’s very own geodesic dome.

The company’s signature ceramic bottle has been given an autumnal feel, with the leaves on the bottle turned to shades of orange and brown.

The Autumn Edition is the latest release from the UK’s most northerly mainland distillery, which was set up by husband-and-wife team, Martin and Claire Murray, in 2014. Each bottle is individually sealed and signed.
