The east London brewery has just unveiled two new beers
The releases are Luftballon (5.5% abv), and Equaliser Antipodean New England IPA (6% abv).
Luftballon is inspired by the Oktoberfest's festbier style and it's made by decoction mashing. It's described as being 'moreish... with a refreshing bitterness and an aroma of lightly toasted bread'.
Equaliser Antipodean is instead a classic, hazy New England IPA with notes of tropical fruit and white grape from the use of Australian and New Zealand hops.
Along with the new beers, Signature has also relaunched Pink Vinyl (4.6% abv), a gose-style beer flavoured with black cherry, raspberry, hibiscus and sea salt.
