Leading mixer brand Fever Tree has unveiled a new flavoured tonic water, Sweet Rhubarb & Raspberry

The mixer is made with Timperley Early rhubarb from Norfolk and raspberries from Scotland's Strathmore valley and contains no artificial sweeteners.

'Our new Refreshingly Light Sweet Rhubarb & Raspberry Tonic Water is a unique combination of quintessential British flavours,' said Fever Tree head of innovation Rose Cottingham. 'Using ingredients sourced right here in the UK, we’ve created a sweeter flavour profile that will appeal to a broad range of consumers.'

Fever Tree's new expression is designed to be mixed with a London Dry Gin or a pink gin for a twist on a classic G&T, or with vodka.
