You might already be able to draw some comparisons between the Amazonian jungle and a Saturday night shift at your bar, but Imbibe Live spirits ambassador Alex Kratena actually visited the jungle recently, and has some insights that you might find useful.

Which grape will take over from the ubiquitous Pinot Grigio as the next breakthrough variety? It'll need to be accessible and affordable, not to mention pronounceable. Join a sommelier tasting panel in their search for the next PG.

If there's a man who knows his botanicals, it's former Martini global ambassador Giuseppe Gallo. Dive into the amaro deep end with him for a detailed look at this fascinating category, with a particular focus on local ingredients.
