Under the guidance of Imbibe Live's Beer & Cider ambassador Mark Dorber and Imbibe's beer and cider correspondent Susanna Forbes, the show has upped its cider game this year, with plenty to see and taste on 4 and 5 July.

You can get straight into the thick of it with cidermaker and educator Gabe Cook on Monday at 11:45am, as he shows examples of single-varietal, hopped, oak-matured and organic cider in The Nuts and Bolts of Craft Cider.

To have a look and taste of what's going on around the world, follow Bill Bradshaw Around the World in Six Ciders on Tuesday at 3:15pm, from Asturian sidra to French cidre, via ice cider, pommeau and more.

And to learn from those who know best, attend renowned cidermaker Tom Oliver's session at 1pm on Monday where he'll be sharing some of his favourite ciders and perries.

For more details on those sessions, and to see the full Imbibe Live programme, head to the show's website – and don't forget your ticket...
