Instil Drinks Co will be unveiling the Real McCoy 2016 Limited Edition 12yo rum at this year's Rumfest.

Joining a line up that includes a 3yo white rum alongside a 5yo and 10yo, only 3,000 bottles of the 12yo have been produced for worldwide distribution, produced by master distiller Richard Seale of Foursquare Distillery in Barbados.
The limited edition is a blend of rum that has been aged for 12 years in American oak bourbon casks, and rum that has been aged for 12 years in Portuguese Madeira casks.
Taking place this weekend in London, with a trade day on the Friday, Rumfest showcases over 400 rums over the three day event, and is the first opportunity to taste the new Real McCoy rum in the UK. A rum masterclass will be hosted by Seale, with award-winning filmmaker and founder of Real McCoy, Bailey Pryor, also making an appearance.
'This is a true expression of a Single Blended Rum from Foursquare and the Madeira cask 12 year aged rum really shines through,' said Pryor. 'We are excited about bringing this unique and limited expression to the market and sharing it with the attendees of the UK Rum Festival.'
Rumfest will take place at the ILEC Conference Centre in London this weekend.
