Leading American whiskey brand Jack Daniel's has announced the launch of a new liqueur, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple, which will hit the UK market on 1 March.

Following the releases of Tennessee Honey and Tennessee Fire, Jack Daniel's is committed to keep tapping into the UK's rising interest towards flavoured spirits, which the brand claims grew by 58% over the last 12 months.

Clocking in at 35% abv, the new Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Apple is flavoured with a blend of three types of apples: McIntosh, Red Delicious, and Granny Smith.

'This flavour will let us introduce a new audience to Tennessee whiskey with the refreshing Jack Apple & Tonic – a great alternative for a flavoured gin and tonic,' said Caroline Lesur, head of Jack Daniel's UK. 'Mr. Jack was known for being an innovator, and it made sense for us to explore a new way to appeal to a younger audience in an authentic, "true-to-Jack" way with this release.'
