The new bottle has been launched as an initiative to raise €1m and support the nightlife community during covid-19
Jägermeister has chosen Berlin-based Korean artist and DJ Peggy Gou as its project ambassador for the initiative. The new bottle is available on its UK e-shop for £17/700ml and proceeds will go towards bartenders, club owners, artists and creatives who have been affected by the pandemic.
It is the first time in the brand’s history that the front of the label has been changed across the globe. German illustrator Max Löffler has designed the new label, with the back reading: 'The good times will come again. Until they do, this bottle is for those who make the night. Together, we support them. Together, we will #savethenight.'
'As one of the biggest nightlife premium spirit brands in the UK, we have shared some of the best nights of our lives with our friends across the on-trade,' said Mast-Jaegermeister UK’s managing director Michael Cleary. 'During difficult times friends look out for each other, so over the past few months Jägermeister has launched several programmes that have supported the trade and those who work within it.
'We are really looking forward to the opening of the on-trade again. However, until it does, we will continue to come up with initiatives to support our on-trade partners. The #savethenight Jägermeister Limited Edition Bottle is another great example of the company’s dedication to the nightlife community.'
