Llanllyr Water Company is launching Source, a new range of mixers that have been created with cocktail-making in mind.

The Welsh company worked with leading bartenders including Lance Perkins and Davide Segat, both from The London Edition, to create the range.

'At the Edition we strive to list the best products on the market, and ones which are uniquely designed to complement and enhance the finest spirits in the world,' said Perkins, who is director of bars at the hotel.

All the mixers are made with Llanllyr's natural low-mineral spring water, which is drawn from land that is certified organic. The range includes tonic water, light tonic water, bitter lemon, club soda, lemonade, ginger ale and ginger beer.

And if the bartender credentials weren't enough to persuade you to give the range a try, then perhaps the company's green and charity credentials will: Llanllyr is a carbon-neutral business, is actively involved in endorsing sustainable water management and supports a number of charities, including Anthony Nolan and Hope HIV.

And if you're wondering how to pronounce it... try something near to 'clan-clear'.
