Huddersfield-based brewer Magic Rock's newest addition to the core range is a homage to home working

The beer, dubbed Murk-Life Balance, is a hazy pale ale that clocks in at 5% abv.

Very aromatic, it boasts notes of tropical fruit and citrus; it's light-to-medium bodied with low bitterness, yet reasonably crisp and refreshing.

The beer is also the very first of the brewery’s range to showcase Magic Rock's redesign, which will be phased into the full lineup over the coming months.

'The last six-months have been challenging and we’ve all had to learn to adjust to the new norm,' said Magic Rock co-founder and managing director, Richard Burhouse. 'This beer reflects that new outlook that many of us now have, with more of an emphasis on family life and juggling the overlap between work and home. This beer is a shout out to anyone looking to restore that balance! We can’t wait to hear what customers think of this first beer to feature Magic Rock’s sharp new look too.'
