Marston's premium pub arm, Revere, has launched a new cocktail and craft beer led branded concept named Foundry Project, while adding new sites to its The Lost & Found brand.
The first Foundry Project site will open under the name Foundry 39 on Edinburgh's Queensferry Street this July, with a second site to follow later this year. It will focus on 'artisan' products including craft beers, speciality coffee, sourdough pizzas, burgers, and what it has described as 'innovative' cocktails.
It will feature industrial inspired decor with walls featuring a mix of distressed timber and aged metal wall cladding.
Marston's says it will now also be rolling out two new sites for its The Lost & Found brand, following its launch in Birmingham. Themed around a Victorian botanical hideaway, the concept includes a menu of 'revived' classic cocktail recipes from the past, and in-house infused spirits and bitters. A new site will open on Greek Street in Leeds this August, followed by a site in Knutsford, Cheshire, in September.
Managing director of Revere, Colin Sadler, says: 'We are delighted to have expanded The Lost & Found following the huge success of Birmingham, and are excited to launch the new Foundry Project under the Revere umbrella with these four new sites. We are in discussions on further locations and believe 2016/2017 will be a transformational year for Revere.'
