The online, interactive tutorials are aimed at helping bartenders and baristas ‘remain agile as the industry develops and rebuilds’

During the summer Monin ran a series live video masterclasses on Facebook, which proved successful enough to run this second wave of training. Content will be led by consultant Kenji Jesse, and two-time winner of the World Coffee in Good Spirits title Dan Fellows, in collaboration with, ‘an exciting mix of guest stars.’

Lee Hyde, beverage innovation manager at Monin, said: ‘It has never been more important for bartenders and baristas to keep their customers’ interest peaked, which is where the Monin masterclasses come in. Following the success of the initial series in June, we wanted to showcase our continued support by launching yet more easily accessible masterclasses to help businesses stay at the forefront of their customers’ agenda.’

The masterclasses are available now and can be accessed via the brand’s website,
