A new online careers platform called Liquid Careers has been launched by recruitment specialists Fluid Fusion.

The platform provides a focused resource for all those working or wanting to work in the global drinks community, from sommeliers and bar staff to food and beverage managers and buyers.

Liquid Careers aims to be a 'one-stop shop' providing a range of online resources to enable drinks industry employers and professionals to find each other.

It promises to deliver targeted content including industry news, features on major employers, commentary, blogs, market insight, job adverts, careers advice and a resources section.

'It will provide a one-stop-shop for all the relevant information professionals need to find the right job, whilst also enabling employers to reach the best talent,' a press release said.

Nina Young, talent and marketing director at Fluid Fusion, said the company would draw on its extensive networks from 15 years in the drinks industry.

'We communicate regularly with over 40,000 industry professionals, but Liquid Careers will take this one step further, providing an effective online forum for employers and talent to network together directly.'
