The new technology for pubs, bars and restaurants has been built in response to covid-19 and in partnership with PayPal
Created by hospitality sector specialists Omnifi, Orderbee is a Click & Collect and Order & Pay platform priced at £100/month, per site.
While lockdown is in place, the new tech will allow customers to Click & Collect using a simple website that deals with ordering and payment, and will alert them when their order is ready to collect.
After lockdown is lifted, Orderbee will also provide mobile Order & Pay support at tables, giving customers and staff a safer dining and working experience.
All operators need to do is upload their menu items, prices and available ordering and collection slots, and transactions are routed though their PayPal accounts. Orders are managed inhouse via a dashboard that can be accessed on phones, tablets or PCs.
